Do I get FTP Access with my Web Hosting Account?
Due to the proprietary nature of our iPlasmaCMS application we do not give out FTP access for our hosting accounts. You can upload Document files (.doc, .pdf, .ppt, .xls, .rtf, .txt) via the Documents Manager in iPlasmaCMS. You can upload images via the What You See Is What You Get Editor (found in most modules including the Page Editor, Blog, News, etc). We can setup Restricted FTP Accounts upon request. Please note that Restricted FTP Accounts only gives you access to upload to a specific folder and you will not be able to view or edit iPlasmaCMS Application files.
Is e-mail included in my Web Hosting plan?
Yes. You can have unlimited e-mail accounts through our POP3/SMTP Mail Server or you can have up to 50 through Google Applications. For Email Help click here.
I already have a Web Hosting account. Can I still use iPlasmaCMS?
We recommend that you make use of our Web Hosting services for optimal service. However if you are interested in hosting iPlasmaCMS on your own Web Server please contact us.
My website is not showing up when I type it in.
This can be caused by many reasons.
- Check to make sure you spelled the domain name properly.
- Make sure your domain name hasn't expired.
- Make sure you have a working Internet connection. If you can access this page then chances are your Internet is working just fine.
- If none of the problems above apply then please contact us immediately.
