INSERCORP LAUNCHES A WEBSITE GEARED TOWARDS THE FUTURE OF CAREER SEARCHES AND OUR ENVIRONMENT
Environmental Career Center believes in “helping people work for a better environment” and has been working towards that goal since 1980. For over twenty-five years Environmental Career Center has been researching the top green employers and matching them with prospective candidates for employment.
There were two parts to this project that the Insercorp Team worked so diligently on these past couple months, with Jobs.EnvironmentalCareer.com being the first to launch and the second part doubling as the most recent website launch for Insercorp: EnvironmentalCareer.com. Launched back in April, Jobs.EnvironmentalCareer.com was built using SmartJobBoard, a software program that ensures an organized and efficient approach to those searching for and also offering employment opportunities. SmartJobBoard allows employers to post information about particular career opportunities and/or offers on Jobs.EnvironmentalCareer.com. The software also allows for prospective employees to search for employers, specific jobs, and post resumes or other information that may be helpful while searching for “green” career opportunities.
EnvironmentalCareer.com was built utilizing our own proprietary iPlasmaCMS2 - Content Management System - which is very user-friendly and allows clients the control, access, and freedom to maintain their own websites! The new website will give users the ability to contact agents at Environmental Career Center using an online Contact Form. EnvironmentalCareer.com will also have current News, Updates, and Notifications that will be helpful to those accessing the website.
Environmental Career Center is headquartered in our local Franklin, Virginia at the same birthplace as (yours truly) in the Franklin Business Incubator. The future of career searching and technology seems to go hand in hand when viewing a website such as EnvironmentalCareer.com. The navigability and efficiency with which a user can search, apply, and plan for a career is certainly a more technologically modern and eco-friendly approach than older methods, not to mention all the paperwork!
