Server Outage Affecting Web Hosting

Investigation Ongoing

We are aware of an outage affecting several of our hosted websites, limited to non-dedicated server websites. This outage has affected connectivity to websites on this server throughout the day. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

Previously services were restored at approximately 0220 EST 7/29/2019 after a related Server Outage. At approximately 0312 EST 7/29/2019 one of our web servers became unresponsive again. The Data Center was alerted at 0318 EST 7/29/2019 and the incident was escalated to systems administrators. An investigation and resolution is currently ongoing.

As of 0616 EST 7/29/2019 the incident remains under investigation.

While there are no clear or present dangers, we do offer alternative hosting solutions to our Clients should you be inclined to make a switch to a different network managed by Insercorp. For our Enterprise Clients and Government Clients interested in migration to Dedicated Servers or Managed Dedicated Cloud Instances through AWS (Amazon Web Services) or GCP (Google Cloud Platform) with options for autoscaling, automated failovers, and DNS redundancy please contact us for options.
