Ahoskie, the largest community in Hertford County, is located in the northeastern part of North Carolina on
the Pleasure Route, US Highway 13, and is 24 miles south of the Virginia line. The elevation is 60 feet above sea level while covering an area of 4.5 square miles or 2786 acres.

The Town has commissioned Insercorp to design and develop its new website.
It will be built on the Zend Framework and will be custom designed to the Town’s needs.
The website will include the iPlasmaCMS2 Content Management System for user-friendly website updates.
Some of the main features the website will have are a News, Slideshow, Event Calendar and Photo Gallery Module.
