Hampton Roads, Virginia -- Family Therapeutic Services (FTS), established in 2016 and located in Downtown Franklin approaches the needs of an entire family from a “person centered” approach. Previously known as “GYG” (or “Guiding Young Girls”) Mental Health Agency, FTS’ focus is to heal families and restore the community while upholding their core values of honesty, integrity, quality service, and person-centeredness, while remaining community focused.
In the summer of 2018 Family Therapeutic Services reached out to Insercorp to create a new custom responsive website to promote the new brand and its service offerings as well as provide an easy way for referral submissions online. Being “responsive”, the new website adjusts to different screen sizes allowing for a user-friendly experience on any device including desktop/laptop computers, tablets, and smartphones. The new website focuses on providing information to potential and existing clients and employees as well as donors and other stakeholders.
The “Giving” section of the website includes information about the agency’s charity arm, “Empowerment and Uplifting Foundation”, which is a 501(c)3 organization to empower and uplift those who may be less fortunate through educational programs, scholarships, community support, and mentoring. Donors can make donations to the charity directly through the interactive PayPal form on the website.
Insercorp integrated the new custom responsive website design into its proprietary Web Content Management System (CMS), iPlasmaCMS2, which is a user friendly browser based app which requires no technical experience so Website Administrators can easily add and manage their website content. The website is secured with encryption utilizing the best practices to prevent known attack methods, mitigating the risk of critical security vulnerabilities. Insercorp provides managed hosting, maintenance, and support services for FTS’ new website to keep the website online and protected at all times, allowing the staff at FTS to focus on their mission to address the needs of the entire family from a “person centered” approach.
